Supporting the Yachting industry through compressed air and elbow grease.
I love diving. I'm a firm believer that a man
should love what he does for a living. Someone
wiser than me once said," A man who loves his
work never really works a day in his life." With that
said, I want to offer you my services as a
commercial diver.
I dive year 'round. I provide numerous services
to most major marinas in the area during the sailing/boating season, and I commercially dive for
scallops and oysters during the winter. I also work
for local dive shop (Johnson's Sporting Goods- in
Rockland) where I give scuba lessons. We are NAUI certified instructors.
My wife, Danielle, and I live in Thomaston,
Maine with our little boy Eli.

Looking back at the year we did some pretty cool stuff diving recreationaly. Dallas Fields and myself took a Decompressions procedures/ Advanced Nitrox class and dove to depths over 140 feet. Greg Johnson, Rich Cole, Dallas Fields and myself also dove the U-853 off Block Island in August. This was the last German u-boat sunk in American waters during WWII. Check out this wreck on Youtube, I would do this one again. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-OxqQHUn1Q
Scuba classes went well this summer. I think I certified about thirty students as NAUI Open Water Certified divers, I also did some Advanced Open Water Students. Pete Clark and Andrew Pinkam were my first NITROX students. Pete also recently joined Greg Johnson and myself on a scallop dive on the opening day of the season.
I'm looking forward to a new year of diving in Maine. I'll try to post relevant diving info when I can. If you have some info on scuba diving in Maine, Email me and we'll get it posted. Also pictures are welcome, send them to me at pilotguy401@yahoo.com
Thank you to all my students and customers for a GREAT diving year, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
